Ian sells Tamarind Paste and honey. The raw materials for his products come from the Tamarind tree which produces the tamarind fruit locally known as ukwaju, and grows right in his rural home backyard.

After comprehensive research on the raw materials and its health benefits, Ian embarked on the journey to starting a business that would provide an income and be an addition to the organic food market.
